Shipping and Delivery

✔️ Orders placed by midnight will be delivered the next day.

✔️ Delivery, barring holidays, seven days a week.

✔️ We make every effort to deliver your order by the following business day’s noon. The shipping can be delayed in the case of a natural disaster or extreme weather.

✔️ Consumers have the option of standard or expedited delivery. The additional costs displayed at checkout may vary based on the service you select.

✔️ This company offers “signature required” shipping. When the items are dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure someone is available to accept them.

✔️ Any items lost or damaged during shipping are not the company’s responsibility.

✔️ Pre-order items have varying delivery times, which are displayed on the item’s description page.

✔️ Modifying the shipping address is not possible. Only the address you provided to us at the time of your initial order will be the recipient of the package. Your shipping costs are not refundable. Your return will be less the original shipping cost that you paid.

✔️  Once you pay the full amount due and present your passport or Emirates ID, the courier will deliver your product.

✔️ You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order. If you place an order while you are not old enough to do so, you will undoubtedly lose your money.

Delivery Charges

✔️ Shipping is 30 AED if your order is less than 500 AED.

✔️ If your order is for more than 500 AED, there are no delivery costs and free shipping.

✔️ Shipping discounts only apply to Standard shipping if they don’t specify otherwise.
